Who we are
Zixt (zixt.ai) is a platform for running AI teammates for your organization. It is operated by GreenCandle AI LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA. This policy covers this website and the Zixt product, and it explains what information Zixt handles and the choices you have. Questions are welcome at contact@greencandle.ai.
What we collect
Account identity: your name and email address from the sign-in provider you use, plus basic session records.
Organization content: the organizations you create and the work inside them. That includes AI teammate configurations, Tasks and their messages and results, files you upload, automations, and the memory your organization's Manager keeps.
Integration credentials: when you connect a tool such as GitHub, Slack, email, or a Google account, the tokens or keys you authorize are stored encrypted in our credential vault. They are released only as narrowly scoped grants for the work you asked for and are deleted when you disconnect the integration.
Machine telemetry: the desktop app you pair reports presence and health, such as its operating system, app version, and whether a runner is installed and signed in. It does not report the contents of your computer.
Website and service logs: standard technical records, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time, used to deliver, secure, and diagnose the website and the platform.
How AI processing works
Zixt is an AI product, and running it means processing your instructions and organization content with AI models. The Manager and other platform assistance run on inference providers we contract with, currently OpenAI, under API terms that do not allow your content to be used for training their models.
AI teammates that execute Tasks run on machines you pair and use the coding agent subscriptions or API keys you bring, such as Claude or Codex. That processing happens under your own agreement with those providers, from your own machine.
Google user data
If you connect a Google account, Zixt accesses only the data covered by the scopes shown on Google's consent screen, and only to provide the features you set up, such as sending and reading email for an email integration. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and humans do not read it except with your permission, for security, or where the law requires it.
Zixt's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the platform, such as hosting, databases, authentication, inference, and message delivery, and only so they can provide their service to us. GreenCandle AI LLC will not share mobile information, phone numbers, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information when the law requires it or to protect the safety and integrity of the platform.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account and organizations are active. Deleting an organization removes its content, and disconnecting an integration deletes its stored credentials. You can also email us to request deletion of your account and its data.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit, credentials are encrypted at rest, access to them is granted per task rather than broadly, and administrative actions inside an organization are recorded in an audit log.
Children
Zixt is a workplace product and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and will note the date above. For material changes we will tell account owners directly.
