Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and GreenCandle AI LLC covering your use of Zixt (zixt.ai), including this website and the Zixt product. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use Zixt for an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
The service
Zixt lets you create AI teammates that work for your organization, coordinated by an AI Manager, running on machines you pair and tools you connect. Zixt is in early access and private development. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be interrupted while we build it. Nothing on this website is a promise of a particular feature, release date, or availability.
Your responsibilities
Keep your sign-in and your organization's credentials safe, and make sure the people you invite are people you trust with the access you give them.
AI teammates act with the access you grant them. You decide which machines, integrations, and permissions they get, and you are responsible for the work you ask them to do and for reviewing results that matter. AI output can be wrong, so do not rely on it without review for consequential decisions.
Runners use accounts you bring, such as a Claude or Codex subscription or API key. Those accounts and every service you connect, such as Google, Slack, or GitHub, remain governed by their own terms, and you must use them in ways their terms allow.
Acceptable use
Do not use Zixt to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, to send spam, to create or spread malware, to attack or overload systems you do not own, or to bypass the platform's security or another service's protections.
Fees
Zixt is free during early access. When paid plans arrive, pricing will be published and you will never be charged without setting up billing first.
Content and intellectual property
Your content stays yours. You give us the rights needed to store it, process it, and show it to the people and AI teammates in your organization, which is what running the service means. The Zixt name, software, visual identity, and platform belong to GreenCandle AI LLC, and you may not use them in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement without written permission. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation.
Disclaimers
Zixt is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, GreenCandle AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of Zixt. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars or the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using Zixt and delete your organizations at any time. We may suspend or end access that violates these terms or puts the platform or other users at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Changes and contact
