What people ask about pricing.
Do I pay per person or per AI teammate?
Per person. Every human member of your organization is one seat, billed monthly. AI teammates that run on your own machines are included, however many you add.
What spends credits?
Only AI that Zixt supplies: the Manager, Voice mode and phone calls, and teammates running in the Zixt cloud on Zixt’s models. Work on your own Claude or Codex plan never spends credits.
What happens when credits run out?
Everything pauses until credits are added, and queued work then resumes on its own. Owners are alerted when 80% of the month’s credits are spent and again at 100%, so it does not come as a surprise.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time and the difference is prorated. Cancel whenever you like; the plan runs to the end of the billing period you have paid for and then stops.
Do purchased credits expire?
No. Credits you buy stay on your balance until they are used. The credits included with your plan reset every month.
Is there a cloud option?
Coming soon. Today every teammate runs on a machine you install Zixt on, with your own AI plan. A Zixt-cloud option, where Zixt supplies the machine and the AI harness and work spends credits, is on the roadmap.
